The Misogynist Poster Draft

Here is a drawing of how I am planning my poster to look.

The eye is to link in with and represent the tag line 'He's Watching' even though it is a woman, to show fear. The reflection in the eye 'reflects' what horrors the audience should be expecting. The fear in the eye has a huge impact as it takes up a lot of the page, as will it in the film (not the eye, the fear and the feeling of being watched). As it is a womans eye, the audience will be able to interpret that they are the protagonist as they are fearful and looking at their death. There will be shadows around the eye to represent death and fear closing in on her.

The title shall be written in dark red like on my trailer to denote blood and blood will be drawn in the film and there will be white credits at the bottom in the conventional style.

  1. Although I understand why you are using the eye and linking it to the title of your film, how else will the ancillary tasks anchor to the main trailer? You will find some interesting theory on the use of eyes in horror/thriller movies which can be used in your evaluation.
